1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PrayerPop, including our website, WordPress plugin, documentation, updates, license system, and support.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using PrayerPop, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, or use PrayerPop.
2. What PrayerPop is
PrayerPop is WordPress plugin software for churches, ministries, and Christian organizations.
PrayerPop may include features such as:
- Prayer request forms.
- Testimony forms.
- Public prayer walls.
- Private submission workflows.
- Admin review and approval.
- Submission statuses.
- Email notifications.
- Optional AI moderation.
- Shortcodes.
- Divi modules.
- Styling and text customization.
- Custom popup buttons and FAQ entries.
- License validation.
3. WordPress requirement
PrayerPop is currently made for WordPress websites.
You are responsible for having a compatible WordPress website, hosting environment, theme, plugins, permissions, and administrator access.
PrayerPop may support Divi modules and shortcodes, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme, builder, plugin, cache system, security setting, hosting provider, or custom codebase.
4. Accounts, licenses, and activation
PrayerPop may require a valid license key.
Your license may define:
- Which plan you have.
- How many sites or activations are allowed.
- Whether updates are available.
- Whether support is included.
- Whether use on client websites is allowed.
You may not share, resell, publish, or distribute your license key except as allowed by your plan.
Localhost and recognized local development environments do not consume a production activation seat. Public domains, client domains, and subdomains may consume an activation seat.
5. One time payment
PrayerPop is sold as a one time payment unless a different payment model is clearly shown at checkout.
A one time payment gives you access to the product according to the license plan purchased. The exact included features, activation limits, updates, and support access may depend on the plan shown at checkout.
6. Agency and client use
Agency and client use is allowed in all plans within the activation limits of the purchased license.
You may install PrayerPop on client websites as long as each active production website is covered by your license allowance.
You may not:
- Resell PrayerPop as a standalone product.
- Share your license key with unauthorized third parties.
- Distribute modified copies of the plugin.
- Claim that you created PrayerPop.
- Remove license checks or copyright notices.
- Offer PrayerPop in a marketplace or bundle without written permission.
7. Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. This means Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable taxes, checkout, invoicing, and certain payment related customer service.
PrayerPop is the supplier, developer, and licensor of the product.
By completing a purchase, you may also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.
8. Prices, taxes, and invoices
Prices are shown at checkout.
Taxes, VAT, invoices, and payment receipts may be handled by Lemon Squeezy according to your billing location and the applicable laws.
We may change pricing, plans, or features in the future. Changes will not affect a completed purchase unless you purchase another license, upgrade, or buy a different plan later.
9. Refund Policy and EU Right of Withdrawal
Because PrayerPop is digital software, refunds and withdrawal rights are handled according to this Refund Policy, applicable consumer law, and Lemon Squeezy’s checkout process.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content or software, this right may end once you give explicit consent to immediate digital access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal after the digital content is supplied.
If you purchase PrayerPop as a business, church, ministry, organization, company, or other legal entity, consumer withdrawal rights may not apply.
Separately from any legal rights you may have, we offer refunds within 14 days after purchase when a confirmed technical issue prevents normal use of PrayerPop and we are unable to resolve it after reasonable troubleshooting.
To request a refund or withdrawal, contact info@osain.ee with:
- Order email.
- Order number.
- Website URL.
- Description of the issue or withdrawal request.
- Screenshots or error messages, if available.
Refunds may not be granted if:
- You changed your mind after downloading or activating the product and you had agreed to immediate digital access.
- The issue is caused by incompatible third party plugins, hosting restrictions, custom code, or unsupported WordPress setups.
- You refuse reasonable troubleshooting steps.
- You purchased the wrong plan but do not contact us promptly.
- You request a voluntary technical refund after the 14 day refund period.
- The request relates to custom development or implementation work already completed.
If a refund or withdrawal is approved, we will refund the relevant payment no later than 14 days after receiving the valid withdrawal or refund request, unless applicable law allows a different handling.
Refunds, if approved, are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
10. Updates
A valid license may include access to plugin updates.
Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, security improvements, feature changes, or design changes.
We may change, add, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
11. Support
Support is provided according to your plan.
Support may include help with installation, activation, basic configuration, bug reports, and product usage.
Support does not include:
- Custom WordPress development.
- Theme customization.
- Hosting configuration.
- Third party plugin debugging.
- Custom CSS or JavaScript.
- Content writing.
- Church privacy policy writing.
- Legal advice.
- OpenAI account setup beyond general guidance.

12. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:

13. Prayer requests, testimonies, and sensitive content
PrayerPop may be used to collect sensitive personal, spiritual, emotional, or health related information.
You are responsible for how your church collects, reviews, publishes, archives, deletes, and shares submissions.
You agree not to use PrayerPop to publish:
- Private personal information without permission.
- Sensitive information that could harm someone if made public.
- Defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, or illegal content.
- Financial scams or direct money solicitation.
- Content that violates someone else’s rights.
- Content involving minors without appropriate care and permission.
PrayerPop provides tools for moderation, but your team remains responsible for the final handling of submissions.
14. Optional AI moderation
PrayerPop may offer optional AI moderation.
If enabled, public submission text may be sent to OpenAI to help classify whether the submission should be approved, declined, or sent to manual review.
AI moderation is not perfect. It may make mistakes, miss harmful content, or flag acceptable content.
You agree that:
- AI moderation is optional.
- AI moderation is only an assistance tool.
- Your team remains responsible for final publishing decisions.
- You should not rely on AI for pastoral, medical, legal, emergency, or safeguarding decisions.
- You are responsible for your own OpenAI API key, account settings, billing, and usage limits.
15. Email notifications
PrayerPop may send email notifications based on your settings.
You are responsible for:
- Entering the correct recipient email.
- Testing email delivery.
- Making sure your website can send email reliably.
- Avoiding sending private or sensitive information to unauthorized recipients.
- Using secure email practices.
Email delivery can be affected by hosting, spam filters, DNS records, SMTP settings, and third party mail services.
16. Anti spam and cooldown
PrayerPop may include anti spam and cooldown features.
The current documentation says the limit is a maximum of 5 submissions from the same source in 5 minutes, followed by a 3 minute cooldown.
Anti spam protections reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that all spam, bots, or malicious submissions will be blocked.
17. Data retention and deletion
PrayerPop includes retention settings.
Approved or answered submissions older than the retention window may be archived first. Archived submissions may later be deleted after they have also stayed archived for the retention window.
If retention is set to forever, automatic cleanup does not delete submissions.
You are responsible for choosing retention settings that fit your church’s privacy, pastoral, and legal responsibilities.
18. Acceptable use
You may not use PrayerPop to:
- Break the law.
- Violate privacy rights.
- Collect data without proper notice or permission.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Send spam or malicious content.
- Bypass license checks.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the plugin except where allowed by law or your license.
- Upload malware or harmful code.
- Interfere with PrayerPop services, licensing, or update systems.
- Misrepresent your relationship with PrayerPop.
19. Intellectual property
PrayerPop, including its code, design, branding, documentation, icons, text, and related materials, belongs to ÖSAIN OÜ or its licensors.
You receive a limited license to use PrayerPop according to your plan and these Terms.
You do not receive ownership of the product, source code, brand, or intellectual property.
20. Third party services and components
PrayerPop may work with or include third party services and components, including:
- WordPress.
- Divi, if used by your site.
- Lemon Squeezy.
- OpenAI, if AI moderation is enabled.
- WordPress Dashicons.
- Tabler SVG icon dataset.

Third party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
21. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We aim to keep PrayerPop reliable, but we do not guarantee that the website, licensing system, updates, support, AI moderation, or third party services will always be available, uninterrupted, error free, or compatible with every environment.
